Your Real Clients
Most people who engage with your content are like you.
They want to be discovered, build an audience, etc.
In other words, they are not your potential clients.
They speak through data.
Here is what you can do:(on LinkedIn)
Test one new topic idea weekly
Compare with your previous post analytics
Check job titles
Compare comments
Keep the structure as much as possible so you can understand the impact of the topic change.
Understand the Challenges of Your Audience
We all think that we are good at understanding challenges, but we don’t.
Most of the time, we don’t even know who our audience is
My plan will help you to think about:
Productized service ideas
New content ideas - strategy
Micro-Saas Ideas
New ideas for consulting
Here’s the Plan
Prepare your discovery questions.
Arrange 3 video meetings per week.
Transcribe your meetings with Fathom AI.
Copy/paste everything to ChatGPT
Give context
For context, I am a creator and I write a publication called "The Growth Wisdom". I post content on Twitter, have a bigger community on LinkedIn full of GTM professionals who wants to build personal brands or solo business, and publish a newsletter once a week. All my content is made specifically about how GTM teams can use AI to build their personal brands, work faster, and be time-efficient and authentic. Most commonly, I talk about different ways to build an original personal brand, and how you can build content-based startups but I also introduce solopreneurs to other helpful AI lead-generation prompts. The goal of my content is to attract as many AI-interested solopreneurs, people who want to build a powerful personal brand and build a content-driven business (for part-time creators) as possible. I want to be a go-to source for my audience.
